Following on from feedback we have received from customers, TDS have been looking into ways to help you to navigate through our training offer.
To help you and your manager select appropriate training to meet your learning needs we have developed a number of learning pathways.
We are pleased to offer two types of learning - open to learners from all organisations (inter-sector training), and sector-specific.
Inter-sector learning pathways
We have grouped these pathways into 5 areas:
• Leadership and management
• Personal and core skills
• Working with Camden communities
• Working with Camden’s children
• Working with Camden’s adults
Sector-specific learning pathways
We have grouped these pathways into 2 areas:
• Learning pathway for the Supporting People division
• Learning pathway for Personal Assistants
