The session will cover key skills used in coaching such as developing a coaching mind-set, building rapport, encouraging ownership and responsibility and motivating others.

Unconscious bias – managers
To equip delegates with the knowledge, skills and understanding to ensure the recognition of diversity when delivering customer service and interacting with one another and others. Equip delegates with the knowledge and skills to reduce incidents of unfair treatment in the workplace and enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace.
Receiving and giving clear feedback
This sharp, practical session will help you understand why. It draws on fresh, evidence-based concepts including Carol Dweck’s “growth mindset” and Steve Peters’ “chimp paradox” to understand:
- How to take the threat out of feedback situations
- How to maximise the value from feedback you receive
- How to deliver potentially critical or sensitive messages.
Holding difficult conversations
We all, at times, find ourselves having difficult conversations, they are a natural part of our work and personal lives, yet we can find them stressful and intimidating. This course takes the learner through the elements of a difficult conversation, and provides them with tools and skills to manage them more confidently.
Basic Project Management
A 1 day course for managers which looks at the key elements of setting and measuring objectives; the identification of Camden Behaviours and their levels; the various factors that can be used to identify and meet development needs and also mid-year review process.
A short bite sized course which introduces you to the concept of emotional intelligence and how important it is within your role.
Personal Resilience (formerly emotional resilience at work)
The programme draws on the latest scientific research into positive psychology and personal wellbeing. It encourages delegates to recognise their own strengths and emotional thinking and apply them effectively to support resilience at work
A beginner’s level workshop for all managers and staff. It aims is to provide the opportunity for delegates to learn more about facilitation skills so they can use the techniques within their normal working days to enable better communication, new skill sets, and be able to use tips and techniques to analyse situations more and 'facilitate' learning.
This training will cover an introduction on how to build rapport and relationships and pace, pace, lead, push and pull communication styles and what's the difference between negotiation and influencing.
This practical course should enable delegates to develop dynamic presentation skills and the confidence and tools to get their message across.
This is a course at beginner level, designed for people that are new or have little experience of writing reports.
