Safeguarding Adults – What Does It Mean to You? "The Camden Safeguarding Adults Training Strategy addresses the training needs of the workforce throughout Camden and acts as a framework for the multi-agency training plan." In Camden, all staff working in any capacity in any area with adults at risk* need to access training at the appropriate level, in relation to their work. The Safeguarding Adults Partnership Board state that all relevant staff should receive Safeguarding Adults training as part of their induction. There are different levels of Safeguarding Adults Training, beginning with an 85 minute interactive e-learning tool, which can be completed online via TDSLearn. All staff employed in Adult Social Care settings should either have or be working towards achieving the Level 2 Safeguarding Adults Awareness certificate. Remember:
