Lone Working and Personal Safety
This course is for all frontline staff and their managers where a large percentage of their role is working alone .The course delivery will provide the opportunity to reflect on practice and draw from participants own experience concerning Lone working. The delivery methods will cover a range of interactive tutoring methods to take account of participant's diverse learning styles. These will include; individual reflections, group work tasks including case studies, and scenarios and the importance of support systems required.
What is Lone Working and Personal Safety?
By the end of this course delegates will have an understanding of what Lone Working and Personal Safety in relation to the Camden Council Health and Safety guidance note. Understand the importance of risk assessment in a lone working situation and environment. Enabled participants to develop knowledge and understanding in relation to promoting their personal safety in the workplace. Participants will have a greater understanding of strategies when dealing with challenging situations
