What does this event cover

To give participants the knowledge and skills to be able to have discussions with young people about relationships, as well as to increase understanding and awareness of the decisions young people may make around relationships. The content of this course includes: • Current statistics and trends; • Clarifying and exploring values around young people and relationships; • Exploring how to discuss healthy relationships and friendships; • Talking about consent; • Gender differences and expectations in relationships; • Non-heterosexual relationships; • Spotting the signs of unhealthy and abusive relationships; • Activities that can be used with young people; • Support and services
